Reduce Overpopulation and Disease (Implement mass sterilization (spay/neuter) and vaccination campaigns to curb stray populations and prevent rabies and other zoonotic diseases).

Rehome and Repurpose Animals for Community Benefit (Place rehabilitated animals into loving homes or train them for roles in security (police units, businesses) and livestock protection).

Educate and Advocate for Compassionate Practices (Promote responsible companion animal ownership, humane treatment, and anti-cruelty values through community outreach, workshops, and awareness programs).

Strengthen Animal Welfare Policies (Collaborate with government authorities and stakeholders to enforce animal protection laws and improve conditions for street animals).
